  • Provide and maintain the Scanly service
  • Track vehicle check-in/check-out activity
  • Generate audit logs for compliance purposes

Your data is stored securely using industry-standard encryption. We use Supabase for authentication and PostgreSQL for data storage. All data transmission is encrypted via TLS/SSL. We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your data.

We do not sell your personal data. We may share data with third-party service providers only as necessary to operate the Service (e.g., hosting, payment processing). We may disclose data if required by law or to protect our rights.

We retain your data for as long as your account is active. Check-in/check-out history retention depends on your subscription tier. Upon account deletion, we will remove your data within 30 days, except where retention is required by law.
