Scanly provides a vehicle check-in/check-out management system for small fleet operations. The Service includes QR code-based vehicle tracking, driver management, and audit logging capabilities.

Paid plans are billed in advance on a monthly basis. You may cancel your subscription at any time. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. Free tier accounts may be subject to usage limitations.
We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the Service. We may perform maintenance that temporarily affects availability. We will make reasonable efforts to notify users of planned downtime.
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Scanly shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time for violation of these terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.
